Horizontal Plough Vacuum Dryer

The horizontal plough vacuum drying system integrates fully automated feeding and batching, mixing and drying, finished product packaging, and online cleaning. Leveraging advanced HMI intelligent control technology, it achieves full automation across the production process and is widely used in battery materials, food, chemical, building materials and other industries. The system adopts a closed-loop conveying method. Powdered raw materials are fed and conveyed dust-free through a small-bag feeding station, while liquid raw materials are pressurized from liquid storage tanks and conveyed to the dryer. Equipped with Mettler-Toledo load cells, the system achieves an accuracy of 3‰. The horizontal plough vacuum dryer integrates mixing, drying, reaction, coating, and granulation. The plough agitator, combined with high-speed choppers, materials are quickly dispersed and deagglomerated to avoid wet powder clumping. The system achieves a vacuum level of up to 5 mbar; this high vacuum significantly improves drying efficiency and results while reducing energy consumption. After drying, the material automatically enters the finished product silo and connects to the packaging system, enabling high-precision, low-dust automatic packaging. The entire system features a modular layout design and is equipped with a steel-structured operating platform, organically integrating units such as feeding, mixing and drying, discharge, finished product storage, and automatic packaging. This not only optimizes equipment layout and process integration but also facilitates operation and maintenance while improving space utilization.
