Recently, SIEHE Group secured a repeat order from Italy's renowned chemical company TAKA S.R.L., and successfully delivered a 2000L Vertical Ribbon Vacuum Dryer. This repeat purchase not only demonstrates strengthened mutual trust between both parties, but also significantly  enhances SIEHE Group's brand influence in Europe's high-end equipment manufacturing market. The partnership between SIEHE and TAKA dates back to 2020, when SIEHE delivered a 4000L Vertical Ribbon Vacuum Dryer that has since performed reliably in TAKA’s adhesive production. This repeat 2000L order reaffirms SIEHE’s quality and both parties’ commitment to innovation. The customized dryer for TAKA integrates mixing, reaction, and drying functions to significantly enhance process efficiency. The dryer is equipped with heating jacket, and its main shaft and ribbon can be also with heating function to improve drying efficiency furthermore. Its specially designed ribbon agitator ensures complete material turnover while maintaining minimal clearance with the vessel wall, effectively preventing material adhesion. The main shaft incorporates mechanical seals to ensure high-vacuum containment, enabling highly efficient drying when connected to the vacuum system, with drying efficiency 3-5 times higher than conventional equipment. Recently, a key breakthrough was achieved in the cooperation project between SIEHE Group and Henkel, the global leader in adhesives. The third and fourth batches of equipment provided by SIEHE have successfully passed rigorous acceptance inspections and have been delivered. Henkel repeatedly partners with SIEHE Group for two key strengths: First, SIEHE's strong customization capability enables precise alignment with Henkel's process requirements. Second, SIEHE strictly adheres to the ISO9001 Quality Management System, and its core products are all CE-certified (EU), fully meeting Henkel's stringent standards. This cooperation project involved substantial equipment, which was delivered in four batches. The third and fourth batches primarily included double planetary dispersing mixers, dual-shaft mixing vessels, and hydraulic extruders, among other equipment. Recently, SIEHE Group successfully delivered a customized high-viscosity mixing production line to Prime Top, LLC, a leading Russian chemical corporation. To address the client’s unique material properties, SIEHE Group innovatively introduced a high-efficiency double planetary mixer solution, breaking through the limitations of conventional mixing equipment. This production line is specifically designed for high-viscosity, high-solid-content materials, incorporating modular intelligent control technology. It integrates multiple systems, including automatic batching, mixing, discharging, vessel cleaning, and intelligent control, into a fully optimized process. Technical Highlights of the Production Line Include: Automatic Batching System: Utilizes a small-bag feeding station for precise powder input and conveying, effectively reducing dust dispersion and preventing foreign objects/large particles from entering. Recently, SIEHE Group successfully delivered the Clay Dough Mixing Production Line to Brazil's renowned enterprise ACRILEX TINTAS ESPECIAIS S.A. This collaboration marks the third partnership between the two parties since ACRILEX first procured SIEHE's high-speed dispersers in 2018. To address the diverse color requirements of modeling clay products, SIEHE Group has customized a dedicated mixing production line centered around a Double Planetary Mixer.Compared to traditional kneaders, the Double Planetary Mixer offers significant advantages  in terms of the convenience of ingredient batching and the flexibility of cleaning and material color changing，effectively addressing practical pain points in multi-color product manufacturing. The Clay Dough Mixing Production Line consists of an automatic powder batching system, rail system, mixing system, discharging system, and cleaning system. For the powder automatic batching system, an  electric hoist lifts the ton bags to the feeding port. Recently, SIEHE Group officially delivered and put into operation the automated powder material production line for Русский минтай, a Russian fish processing enterprise. Русский минтай produces healthy and environmentally friendly fish products that are sold in over 30 countries across Europe, America, and Asia, holding a leading position in the global cod market. The newly delivered automated powder material production line covers processes such as unpacking and feeding, batching, mixing, conveying, and packaging. Its production efficiency is twice that of traditional equipment. In the automatic batching stage, raw materials are discharged through an integrated unpacking station that can handle both ton-bags and small sacks. The conical bottom of the unpacking station is connected to a vacuum feeding machine, ensuring a fully enclosed and dust-free operation as the powder materials are vacuum-conveyed to their corresponding raw material silos. All parts in contact with the powder materials are made of SS304 stainless steel. Its excellent corrosion resistance and high hygiene standards can effectively prevent material contamination, thereby ensuring the quality and safety of the processed products.
