Recently, the Intelligent Powder Production Line custom-developed by SIEHE Group for the renowned U.S. food company DryBev has been successfully delivered. This first collaboration between the two parties demonstrates the technical adaptability and product reliability of SIEHE's equipment in the North American market. As a global innovative leader in the sports nutrition industry, DryBev has remained dedicated to the food production sector since its establishment in 2011, consistently providing contract manufacturing services for multiple international first-tier brands in nutritional supplements. The delivered powder production line features modular smart controls for batching, drying, and conveying food powders. Designed for DryBev's materials, its explosion-proof construction ensures safe operation in hazardous environments. It is one of the world’s largest producers of resins, adhesives, and coatings, with a strong global presence in innovative material research and manufacturing. The core equipment includes Double Planetary Dispersing Mixers and Hydraulic Extruders. The Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer is specifically engineered for high-viscosity materials, with a maximum processing viscosity of 10,000 Pa.s. Its agitator integrates helical blades and a dual-layer dispersion disc.
