Ultra-fine Large-flow Horizontal Beads Mill

The high flow rate ultrafine horizontal ball mill is a continuous production machine for grinding liquid materials. The design of grinding chamber is with small length/diameter ratio and high energy density. Adopting external driven screen discharge device, which is with large discharge area and high flow overflow efficiency; Adopting combined dispersion group can quickly improve the dispersion efficiency. It uses φ 0.5mm-2.0mm yttrium-stabilized zirconium beads (95% zirconium content). The machine features high grinding efficiency and good grinding fineness, generally can grind materials below 5 microns, and some can reach submicron or even nanometer level; The sealing structure adopts double-end mechanical seal equipped with self-lubrication system. The sealing liquid should be compatible with the material. With German mechanical seal technology, perfluorinated sealing ring, it can withstand multiple solvents. The mechanical seal is of good reliability and durability; Special high wear-resistant alloy steel material ensures the service life of the equipment; The use of double spiral segmented cooling jacket is more efficient for heat exchange, which ensures the final product fineness and grinding efficiency, and also ensures the quality of the finished product.

    The double spiral segmented cooling jacket can control the product temperature very well, especially for temperature sensitive pastes.
    It can also increase the cooling of the main shaft and end face to ensure that the grinding heat can be exchanged in time. With water temperature, material temperature, material pressure, water pressure, air pressure and other real-time monitoring and protection systems, it ensures the normal operation of the equipment to guarantee the quality of the finished product.

Principle of Operation

The supply pump circulates the materials from the material container (tank) to the grinding chamber. The main shaft of the grinding chamber is equipped with a series of grinding discs that drive the grinding medium in the chamber to collide with each other. The granules of the materials are continuously rolled by the grinding medium. At the same time, the separating screen keeps the grinding medium in the grinding chamber, and the material continuously returns to the material container (tank) from the grinding chamber circularly, so as to obtain finished products with smaller particle size and narrower particle size range.
