SUTL Continuous Emulsifier
The SUTL series is a high-performance, single-stage emulsifier designed for the efficient preparation of emulsions or suspensions with large particle sizes and a narrow particle distribution range. The equipment is available with a variety of emulsifying heads (stator + rotor) combinations to precisely meet diverse process requirements. All models feature a consistent linear speed, allowing for safe scalability of process parameters and seamless transition from pilot to full-scale production. The units offer a highly modular system with options such as explosion-proof (ATEX) versions, a variety of seal materials, and flange interface types. The entire unit utilizes a surface treatment that meets hygienic standards, and the emulsification chamber is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. It features automatic discharge and supports CIP cleaning, fully ensuring production cleanliness requirements.

High processing precision
The rotor and stator are made of forged materials and machined by CNC machining center. The rotor-stator gap is extremely small, with good shear limit fineness and high emulsification and dispersion efficiency. At the same time, nanomaterials can be sprayed to improve the service life of the product.03

Strong non-standardization
The material can be customized according to requirements, such as SS304, SS321, SS316L stainless steel or titanium alloy and other unconventional materials; mechanical seals and pressure balance tanks can be configured to meet pressurized working conditions; explosion-proof equipment can be customized.04
Working Principle
The SUTL series, as a high-performance single-stage emulsification device, features a rotor-stator pair precisely fitted and matched within its working chamber. A motor drives the intermediate shaft at high speed, creating a vacuum within the rotor-stator. Material is drawn into the rotor-stator chamber through the inlet. The powerful kinetic energy generates extremely high linear velocity in the rotor, causing the material to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the influence of forces in multiple directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. This process achieves instantaneous, uniform, and fine emulsification of immiscible solid, liquid, and gaseous media. The equipment can undergo multiple cycles to ultimately obtain a stable, high-quality product.
