The SDR series is a three-stage high-shear emulsifier primarily designed for the production of microemulsions and ultrafine suspensions, achieving a narrow particle size distribution. The machine chamber houses three sets of stator and rotor emulsifying heads, arranged sequentially, suitable for both recirculating and fully continuous production processes. This series offers stator and rotor head modules with various tooth profiles to precisely adapt to diverse application requirements and enable quick and easy replacement. The SDR series shares the same exceptional scalability and cleanliness characteristics of the SUTL series, and is fully compatible with CIP and SIP systems, meeting stringent production cleanliness requirements.
The SDR series is a three-stage high-shear emulsifier. The working chamber contains three sets of rotors and stators, precisely fitted and matched. A motor drives the intermediate shaft to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator. Material is drawn into the rotor-stator chamber through the inlet. The powerful kinetic energy generates extremely high linear velocity in the rotor, causing the material to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the action of forces in multiple directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. This process instantly and uniformly disperses and emulsifies immiscible solid, liquid, and gaseous media. The equipment can undergo multiple cycles to ultimately obtain a stable, high-quality product.
