Robotic Palletizing Line

The robotic palletizing line consists of a bag-forming machine, a buffer conveyor, a pick-up conveyor, an automatic pallet storage system, a robotic palletizer, a robotic gripper, a safety zone protection system, and an electrical control system. It performs fully automated palletizing of various bags and boxes, featuring fast palletizing, uniform pallet formation, and a high level of automation.   • Working Principle
    Qualified packaging bags (cartons) are conveyed to the shaping machine via a conveyor, where they are flattened. When the bags (cartons) reach the pick-up position, the robotic palletizer uses a light-sensing sensor to detect the pick-up position. It then picks up the bags, turns them, and stacks them. The bags (cartons) are automatically stacked according to the preset pallet pattern, completing the palletizing process.

Working Principle

Equipment is composed of bag hanging system, weighing system and feeding system. The process is as following: Manually hang four ears of ton bag on the hooks respectively. Through pneumatic/hydraulic cylinder, it rises automatically to have the ton bag dangling, and then charge ton bag with materials until up to the pre-set weight. Pneumatic/hydraulic cylinder will descend automatically and forklift takes the filled ton bag away and then go for filling next ton bag. The weighing process is completed in one step with high accuracy. Different materials such as carbon steel, SS304, SS316L are in option to meet the requirements of sanitary, corrosiveness and anti-abrasiveness etc.
