The equipment before mixing process includes: raw materials processing system (unpacking, feeding, crushing, screening, etc..), raw material conveying system, raw material storage system, batching system and necessary raw material middle temporary storage systems etc. The equipment after mixing process are including: the finished product caching system, conveying system, packing system, stacking system, and steel structure platform, dust removal system needed. Batching System Feeding Powder Part: screw feeding, vibrating feeding, belt feeding, rotary valve feeding

Liquid feeding adopts pump or pressurized convey (can use spray way to improve the effect of mixing).

 Frequency speed control of screw, the opening of the valve can be adjusted, feeding being fast first and then slow, feeding speed can be controlled, batching not only guarantee the accuracy but also improve the efficiency.
Weighing Powder Part: Weighing hopper, the batching generally used weighing gain method, or can use weighing loss method.

Liquid measurement, usually adopt flow meter or weighing measurement.

 Weighing module using Mettler Toledo products, choose module with different precision  (0.2%, 0.01% or more).as per the requirements.
Conveying System Conveying Meet the requirements of conveying within the equipment in the production line.

Vacuum Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor, Pneumatic Conveying System, Inline Conveyor, etc.

 Selection according to the capacity design, material characteristics, plant layout, etc..
Storage System Storage Apply to raw materials and finished products, intermediate storage; There are: raw materials silo, finished product hopper, temporary storage hopper before mixing, finished products hopper after mixing, etc 1. Temporary storage before mixing, finished product hopper after mixing, can shorten the time of feeding and discharging of the mixer, to improve the utilization ratio of mixer, reduce production cost, improve the system capacity;

2. The hopper is with anti-bridge device. It is also can be closed type.

 
Mixing System Mixing Horizontal Ribbon Mixer, Horizontal Plough Mixer, Horizontal Non-gravity Mixer, Vertical Conical Mixer Select different mixers as per different material property and mixing processing requirements.
