working principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersing disc, the material flows in a circular shape, generates a strong vortex, and descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between particles to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing and emulsification. The hydraulic plunger is driven up and down by the hydraulic pump, driving the entire transmission mechanism, working group, and airtight cover up and down; in the working state, the bung cover and the cylinder are absolutely sealed, matching the vacuum system, and realizing the vacuum dispersion effect.
