SIEHE Group's New Factory in Jiaxing Nearing Completion！

SIEHE Group's new intelligent plant in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, has entered the final stage of construction. The main building, production workshops, and supporting facilities have all been completed, with formal completion imminent. As a key strategic move toward global advanced smart manufacturing, the new plant marks a major upgrade in SIEHE's production capacity, manufacturing standards, and delivery capabilities. It will also serve as a vital pillar for the company's global expansion and drive its high-quality growth.

The new plant is located in Haiyan County, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, covering a total site area of approximately 57,341 square meters with a gross floor area of around 60,000 square meters. Situated in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta and close to Shanghai Hongqiao Hub and Pudong International Airport, the facility enjoys efficient access to regional industrial resources and global logistics networks. This further enhances SIEHE's industrial synergy and international delivery efficiency.

The Jiaxing plant represents a comprehensive upgrade in layout, production systems, and manufacturing capabilities. Built to high standards of modernization, digitalization, and intelligence, the facility features rationally zoned areas for smart processing, R&D and testing, assembly, full-line commissioning, and warehousing and logistics. This deeply optimized production flow and collaboration mechanism ensures more efficient and stable R&D, production, and delivery of intelligent equipment and automated production lines.

In terms of processing capabilities, the new plant will be equipped with internationally advanced production equipment, including DMG MORI five-axis machining centers, Mazak mill-turn centers, and Okuma gantry machining centers, along with a range of high-precision inspection instruments. This establishes an intelligent manufacturing system featuring advanced technology, efficient processes, and stringent quality control, enhancing machining accuracy and quality stability for large-scale high-end equipment. Upon commissioning, Phase I is planned to achieve an annual production capacity of 500 sets of intelligent equipment, significantly strengthening SIEHE's large-scale manufacturing and delivery capabilities.

The completion of the Jiaxing plant marks a new stage for SIEHE Group in high-end industrial intelligent equipment manufacturing.
