Applicable Materials
Materials shall be with viscosity less than 100,000cps, liquid or slurry with a certain liquidity such as edible oil, emulsion paint, color paste, industrial paint, curing agent, organic solvent, water-based ink, suspension concentrate, adhesive, detergent, etc.04
Working Principle
Automatic pail on system: Place the pails with same specification and size neatly in the designated position, a professional manipulator precisely fetches one pail, put on the roller. And then the pails will be conveyed to the filing heads precisely.
Automatic filling system: Filling device is equipped with automatic meter, when the pails conveyed to the filling heads the materials will be filed to the pals as per the pre-set weight., When it comes up to the pre-set weight, it will stop fling automatically.
Automatic lid on and lid closing system: The filled pals will be precisely conveyed to the lid arranging device, a manipulator will suck a lid and put it on the pail precisely. And then the pals will be conveyed to the lid closing station. Then the lid closing device will close the lid precisely. one pail filling is finished.
Automatic stacking system: The filled pails are conveyed to the automatic stacking device. With a professional manipulator, it sucks the filled pails to the designated position on the pallet until the quantity of pails comes up to pre-set value. The ready pallet will be pushed to the next position automatically.
