Hydraulic Lifting Mixer
Hydraulic Lifting Mixer generally refers to single shaft mixer; it is used for mid to mass production with functions of stirring and mixing. It can be equipped with frequency converter various speed control or constant speed operating; It can be used for long-time operation, with stable operation and low noise. The impeller is convenient to disassemble, and different forms of impeller can be changed according to the processing property. Lifting structure is using hydraulic cylinders as actuators, stable lifting, adopt integrated hydraulic tank, environmental and without leakage. It is an ideal machine for mixing solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, ointment-liquid materials.

Working Principle
Mixing impeller driven by the power unit rotates in a fixed direction, which makes the materials rotate in axial and radial direction; And the materials inside the tank, at the same time, also do axial and circular motion. So materials can be mixed and blended properly with high efficiency.
Hydraulic lifting mixer drives the hydraulic piston up and down by the hydraulic pump to lift the driving mechanism and working head up and down.
