High-shear Emulsifier (Hydraulic Lifting) is a batch type machine designed for big volume in industrial production. Its working capacity is generally between 50-5000L. It narrows the particle size of Liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials through external mechanical force and distributes one phase materials into another phase or many other phases evenly to realize good homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result. As a result, the materials become stable emulsion. The emulsifier is batch production, the working head adopt the new type of dual direction suction structure. Convenient and safe operation
The equipment uses the oil cylinder as the lifting actuator and is equipped with a control valve to control the rise, stop and fall of the emulsification machine. The operation is simple and the stability is high; The emulsification head is fixed with the main shaft through hexagon socket bolts, which can be easily and quickly disassembled and replaced, and easy to clean. Different emulsification head forms can be replaced according to the process conditions to achieve the best emulsification homogenization effect; With different clamping methods (belt, hand, pneumatic), the mixing drum can be fixed quickly to prevent the displacement of the drum in the work causing safety accidents;03

working principle
Precise processing technology, high matching between rotor and stator. The powerful motor rotates at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor produce extremely high linear speed, which makes the material fly out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotor and stator clearance, and generates strong turbulence under the action of various forces in different directions. The material will produce stable emulsion after repeated cycle depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing under appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature process for a certain time.
Manually control the oil pump to drive the hydraulic frame to rise and fall. The hydraulic frame drives the transmission mechanism and working group to rise and fall. The operation is simple and the lifting is stable.
