Batch Type Solid-liquid Mixing Emulsifier
SRHM series batch type solid-liquid mixing emulsifier, the specially designed working head can generate the axial flow, form a powerful vertical convection in the container, and the turbulence from the radical direction will stop the air entering. In this case, the powder and sticky paste materials will be dispersed rapidly. Charging tube with dust-free design can suck the light powders from bags or storage bins directly to the mixing container, no need for lifting it up or dumping.

Working Principle
Using high-speed rotation of the specially designed rotor to generate vacuum and suck the powder evenly to hopper or the working chamber. And the powders distributed in the fast-flowing liquid evenly will be fully wetted Instantaneously without any caking materials. Because the powders are wetted evenly at the first beginning, there is no powder not fully wetted nor skinning phenomenon on the liquid flow surface, mixing shaft and container wall. In this way, it significantly reduces dust flying and better the production environment.
