Discharging and Feeding Station for both small bag and ton bag

Discharging and Feeding Station for both small bag and ton bag is a new developed discharging and feeding system for not only ton bags but also small bags base on the ton bag discharging and feeding station, combined feeding to realize main material and auxiliary material discharged and fed at the same time. Dust removal and sieving function are in options. The machine can be carbon steel or stainless steel. The whole machine is with good airtightness, easy to operate, which improve the working environment and also the production efficiency significantly.

Working Principle

Discharging and Feeding Station for both small bag and ton bag consists of electric hoist, a rack with storage silo, diaphragm valves, pneumatic massage device, small bag feeding station, dust removal device etc.. The merits and characteristics of the machine as well as its high application, the machine can meet the requests of modern production. Small bag Feeding Station consists of fast open stainless steel hopper, vibrating sieve, dust collector, controller etc., the operation process is: Open hopper door, manually put the bag on the shelf, cut the bag with a knife, dump the material to the sieve , qualified materials will go into the next process after the sieving, bags and debris are left on the sieve. The ton bag feeding station lift the ton bags from the ground up to the feeding port of the machine through crane, and locking through the diaphragm valve withholding, Unpack the ton bag discharging port at the small bag feeding station to discharge materials.

Technical Parameter

Main structure: Materials unloading station frame support structure, ton bag lifting device, ton bag hanger, massage board for supporting the ton bag, pocket control valves, sealing device.
Material hopper: Can combine glove box design realizing 100% isolation of dust/ gas away from operator. Fluidization is optional and also a block breaking unit can be equipped under the hopper. Can have the hopper with weighing device to realize measuring function.
Discharging device: Rotary valve + discharge with specific gravity, screw conveyor, vibrating conveyors, pipe chain conveyors, rotary valve + pneumatic conveying, vacuum conveying, etc;
Lifting device: Its own lifting device can hoist the big bag (Ton bag) to the frame, no need for any other help.
Capacity: For ton bag, 6-12 bags / hour. For small bag, 60-120bags/hour
Arch-breaking way: Normally two ways, one is to have beating device to make the powder in the ton bag falling, the other is to do “ massage” the soft big bag (ton bag) to make the material falling.
