11 sets of powder mixers from SIEHE GROUP, are going to a new daily chemical factory of SYNERGETIC in Russia, for the production of detergent powder. SYNERGETIC, who advocating the concept of ecological and environmental protection, has achieved outstanding sales for many years and is a well-known green and environmentally friendly brand in Europe. To expand the scale of production and build a "green ecological factory", SYNERGETIC urgently needs to introduce a batch of high-efficiency and energy-saving mixing machines. After many investigations, they selected SIEHE’s machines, ordered 7 sets of Horizontal Ribbon Mixers and 4 sets of Horizontal Non Gravity Mixers. Horizontal ribbon mixer is a widely used mixer in powder mixing. The special design of double ribbon agitator, which can mix the materials uniformity in a few minutes. Horizontal non-gravity mixer, which agitators are designed in special angle, rotates in the same but opposite direction and shows a nice mixing, smashing, dispersing results. All motors are from the high-quality brands, such as SIEMENS, ABB, SEW, etc. to guarantee the quality of machine. The mixers with the advantages of wide application, high stability, long service life, strong sealing, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low pollution etc. SIEHE has rich…

After the successful cooperation in the project of two sets of high viscosity mixing equipment with Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, SIEHE Group has also signed a contract with Zhongke Hairui (Xiamen) Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. for a high viscosity production unit which is put into operation on 8th August 2023. Zhongke Hairui (Xiamen) Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. is a new high-tech enterprise initiated by the microbead technology team of Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry CAS, focusing on the technical service, product development and material supply of new materials such as hollow glass beads and thermal insulation materials. In early May this year, SIEHE Group provided a Double Planetary Mixer Unit with Zhongke Hairui. During the period, the engineers of both sides kept close communication. To ensure the smooth progress, SIEHE Group mobilised the whole production base to manufacture this unit of machines, which was finally delivered on schedule and passed the final acceptance. The first cooperation between Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry CAS and SIEHE Group started in 2015 with a SXJB-500 Double Planetary Mixer Unit. The use of the equipment is very stable,…

Repurchase, this action reflects customers' recognition and trust of the quality of product and service provided by the seller. Recently, the repurchased Hydraulic Lifting Vacuum Disperser with Scraper by LATICRETE is ready for delivery to its Singapore branch. LATICRETE is a global chemical building materials company, founded in 1956, its product lines include ceramic tile and stone installation, industrial and civil floor paints, wall decoration mortar, etc. Its products are applied in many classic projects over the world, such as the National Aquatics center, Shanghai World Financial Center, Burj Khalifa Tower, Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, etc. The initial cooperation between LATICRETE and SIEHE Group is in 2016 about Vacuum disperser with scraper. During this period, the machine works stably and well which support the stable production in the factory. Due to machine superior performance and timely and thoughtful service, LATICRETE has repurchase this machine again. This machine adopts double layer dispersing disc from German technology, the maximum speed 1200 rpm and the maximum linear speed up to 22m/s, which can quickly disperse materials efficiently and good uniformly. It is equipped with closed lid lifting together with main hoist, the lid is closed with the movable tank (filled with material)…

Breakthroughs are the result of rapid development in the era. Only by bravely facing challenges and forging ahead can one achieve breakthrough results. In July 2023, SIEHE Group launched an innovative product-- the MOFA slurry equipment, injecting new vitality into customer production lines and ushering in a new era of making slurry. Filling the market gap for high viscosity slurry mixing As a high-end intelligent manufacturing enterprise, SIEHE Group has responded to market demand by investing a large amount of capital and technology to develop the MOFA automatic high-speed slurry mixing system in collaboration with leading companies in the industry. It is a high-performance equipment specifically designed for inline slurry mixing of battery industry, filling the current market gap for inline slurry dispersing systems which cannot be used in high viscosity slurry mixing. Breaking traditional limitations in slurry mixing The core equipment: TDS Inline high-speed disperser, is a device used to absorb powder inline and rapidly disperse the powder into the liquid. With revolutionary TDS conveying and high-speed dispersion technology, it has completely changed the bottlenecks and challenges in traditional slurry mixing processes. With a specially designed high-speed dispersion module, the liquid is driven to flow at high speed, generating…

In this October, the SXJB-50 mid-batch Double Planetary Mixer was smoothly installed and debugged for a well-known enterprise in China, which will apply in Lithium Battery Anode Material production. The machines made from SIEHE GROUP, gain high approval of the client. Mid-batch Double Planetary Mixer is new and high efficient mixing machine designed for universities, research institutes and factory labs, which is high mixing efficiency, safe and convenient operation, easily discharging etc.. As the core machine of SIEHE Group, double planetary mixer is suitable for high-viscosity, high-solid contains material. Also quite good at relatively high requirements on material mixing uniformity, dispersion and no dead ends. It consists of low-speed mixer and high-speed disperser. The agitators rotate while revolving to ensure high efficiency and uniformity of mixing. It’s widely used in adhesives, silicone, ink, putty and other fields. At present, SIEHE GROUP built the stable cooperation with the international famous companies like Henkel, Wacker, DIC, BASF, Solvay etc. The entire production process management strictly implements the ISO9001 quality standard system. All machines include quality inspection of raw materials, quality inspection of parts, and strict inspection and recording of the process, to FAT testing of the finished device, are all to achieve…
