Project Introduction: A well-known research institute of aeronautical materials is a central scientific research institution. The research scope covers metal materials, non-metallic materials, composite materials, including materials preparation and process and other industry services. It has a complete system of material, process and testing technology, leads the aeronautical material technology and establishes the high-tech material industry. The planetary mixer has many innovative applications in materials production, and offers a wide range of possibilities for materials research and preparation. The institute was looking for a high-quality double planetary mixer to produce new materials with excellent properties. SIEHE Solution: After full communication between both parties and thorough understanding of the customer needs, SIEHE offered a 200L Powerful Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer for the production of new materials for the institute. The tank is equipped with a heating jacket, which is used together with a mould temperature machine. The inner surface of the tank is sprayed with wear-resistant material, which enhances the equipment's resistance to high temperature, abrasion and corrosion and prolongs the service life of the machine. Product Introduction: SIEHE Double Planetary Mixer consists of agitator, disperser, planetary rotating parts, tank, hydraulic lifting system and etc. The planetary rotating parts drive the…

Project Introduction: This manufacturer located in Indonesia and specialized in the production of various spices, it has sub-factories in the United States and Germany. As the market expands, the company urgently needs an efficient and environmentally friendly mixing & packing production line to achieve the development goals of improving product quality and production efficiency, and broadening the market. Solution: After deep communication, the scheme drawing was finally finalized. SIEHE has customized a spice production system for this manufacturer, which consists of unpacking and feeding station system, vacuum feeding system, mixing and blending system, liquid spraying system, storage bins/silos, packing system, steel operation platform, and electric control system. The capacity is around 1000kg/batch, and 16T/8h/day. This production line improves the quality of spices and further increase the operating efficiency and production capacity of the production line. Process Flow: *The powder raw materials are unpacked by the small & ton bag unpacking feeding station. Through hose, the feeding station’s conical bottom hopper is contacted the receiver hopper (fixed on the feeding inlet of the mixer) of vacuum feeder. The feeding station has a built-in dust removal system to ensure a clean feeding environment, it is also equipped with a sieving function to…

Recently, the Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer and the Extrusion Machine ordered by Zhejiang Tsingchem Material Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation and put into production of silica gel in Tsingchem's factory in Wuxi Yixing. This unit has excellent thermal insulation and is highly rated by Tsingchem. Zhejiang Tsingchem Material Technology Co., Ltd. is an innovative enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. Tsingchem focuses on the new energy automotive industry, providing products and solutions for the thermal management of electric cells and battery packs. We firmly believe that only like-minded partners can co-operate for a long time. Innovation is the same pursuit of SIEHE and Tsingchem. We have participated in the research and development of multiple products for Tsingchem, and have provided assistance in the adjustment of product processes through frequent material testing. Last November, Tsingchem's technical team came to SIEHE's factory in Jinshan to carry out factory acceptance test of Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer. During the operation, the temperature and vacuum degree of the material were controlled precisely through a chiller, oil temperature machine and vacuum condensation system, and the test results fulfil the claims. SIEHE Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer has high mixing efficiency and wide application range, including…

In recent years, economic cooperation between China and the Middle East has become increasingly close. Under the framework of  “The Belt and Road”, SIEHE Group vigorously develops the Middle East market, and has achieved remarkable results. Last month, one unit of basket mill and high-speed disperser of SIEHE were going to the client in Saudi Arabia. The cooperation began with the paint production line in 2015 and close contact since then. SIEHE has won the trust of customers for many years with quality and service. Basket mill is a kind of wet grinding machine, which integrates dispersing and grinding into one machine. Double-layer grinding chamber with cooling jacket, can cooling the grinding chamber when it works. Uniquely designed suction impeller and drive wheel, with higher efficiency. The fineness can reach within 10μm. The working head is manufactured by the machining center, with high precision, which greatly extends the maintenance cycle and service life of the machine. Compared with horizontal bead mill, it has the characteristics of simple operation, high efficiency, small floor space, low material loss, and easy cleaning and color change. It is widely used in industries such as coatings, paints, inks, color pastes, cosmetics, and lithium battery pastes.…
