Leveraging the synergies of industrial and supply chains, SIEHE Group has forged enduring and reliable partnerships with numerous renowned enterprises. The new and old workshops are situated in the same intelligent industrial park, spanning tens of thousands of square meters. Both factories have distinct division of labor, clear rights and responsibilities, and optimized production line layout, resulting in a smoother and more efficient production process. The new workshop D5 was meticulously designed and built with…

Project Introduction: A well-known domestic adhesive product enterprise, is a company that integrates R&D, production, and sales. Specializing in industrial adhesive tapes and double-sided adhesive tapes, focusing on the deep development of the adhesive new materials industry. To meet the development needs of increasing production capacity and quality, the company needs an energy-saving, efficient, safe, and stable mixing equipment. Challenges: In the adhesive new materials industry, production requires efficient and stable mixing equipment. Faced with materials of medium to high viscosity, conventional mixers have problems such as material sticking to the wall, difficult cleaning, and low mixing efficiency, resulting in resource waste and restricting the production efficiency of the factory. Solution: We provided an 80L mid-batch double planetary dispersing mixer, which has undergone multiple quality inspections and tests to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to the customer. After installation and commissioning on-site, it quickly entered production, and the equipment performed excellently, achieving uniform material mixing and good mixing effect. Product Introduction: The mid-batch double planetary dispersing mixer has two sets of stirring paddles and a high-speed dispersing shaft that revolves around the axis of the drum while rotating at high speed, thereby subjecting the material to strong shear and…

On March 1,the INTERLAKOKRASKA 2024 was successfully concluded, and SIEHE Group once again made a wonderful appearance on the international stage. As one of the leading companies in dispersive mixing with 15 years of experience, SIEHE Group showcases its leading technologies and products for coating preparation. The SIEHE booth had attracted paint exhibitors, relevant professional customers, and peers from around the world. SIEHE sales engineers have in-depth exchanges with visitors, carefully sharing product features and advantages. Excellent quality, highly anticipated Double Planetary Mixer is designed and manufactured based on European technology with CE and ATEX certificates. Precision casting, strong power. It can handle the maximum viscosity of the material up to 10, 000 Pa.s. The core technology of the vacuum disperser with scraper comes from Germany, which has functions of dispersing, scraping, and vacuumizing, efficient dispersion, and high degree of automation. The multi-functional machine is a multi-purpose, high-performance equipment developed by SIEHE for the laboratory, which is mostly used in the research and development stage of new products, and a variety of working components such as mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, grinding, and ball milling can be quickly replaced. These devices not only have the characteristics of safety, efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection,…

Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships helps enterprises to maintain advantages in the fierce market competition, and achieve sustainable development, and business growth. Recently, SIEHE Group took advantage of the opportunity to participate in the INTERLAKOKRASKA to organize a series of special business trips - field visits to important customers in Moscow. The visit not only deepened the cooperation between SIEHE Group and customers but also laid a solid foundation for the future business development of both sides. Triada-Impex JSC is a well-known Russian purchaser. The first cooperation between the two parties took place in 2021. After the equipment was put into operation, the customer feedback was good, and the long-standing problems of uneven mixing and difficult cleaning of high-viscosity materials were solved. The dispersion mixing efficiency was high, the finished products were good, and the production efficiency was greatly improved. The production capacity was upgraded, and the business scope was expanded accordingly. The customer has established long-term cooperation with SIEHE, and will customize various equipment of SIEHE every year, including a 200L double planetary mixer system, customized dual component rubber mixer and filling machine systems, ultra-fine large-flow horizontal beads mills, and high-speed dispersers. These products are easy to operate,…
